WORST customer service EVER!! The gal who set up my account had no idea what she was doing. She didn't order my checks and didn't know how to set up my online account. When I did get my checks ordered they didn't come for a month. When I called for customer service for my online account and recent transactions, I was reprimanded for not using the correct terminology. It took me three phone calls to get a employee intelligent enough to help me find my daily activity or transactions. Even the supervisor Rita (or similar name) told me what I was looking for(my transactions) wasn't an option for online banking, when that's exactly where it was! Totally lame, bank, glad I didn't let them handle my money!!!

I was treated like garbage, differently, and First Security Bank made mistakes and errors that cost me more than a few hundred dollars. The Executives are stupid white people who are ignorant, and cannot run a decent business or admit mistakes.What bank would refuse accounts to customers....ones that dont want to stay in business, like in western montana.
