I bought a Xbox 1 there and they asked me if i want the 2 yr geek squad replacement plan for $90 and explained to me if at anytime within 2yrs it messes up i can walk in and walk out with a replaced console as also advertised on bestbuy.com. Well my xbox one, kinects and headset are not working anymore and they refuse to replace it. I even called 6 other best buys and they looked up my account and said i should walked in and out with a replaced system. I am an elite member and have spent 10,000+ in last 3 yrs, but the stuff i went through today it was the worst service and store i have ever been to, I would not recommend this store to anybody. I would recommend Kalispell instead of Missoula.

Poor service. Charged $15.00 to plop protective shield on tablet; Best Buy Kalispell store did exact same for FREE. Got run-around from clerks.

Stratton Electronics is a fabulous outfit. We had a tv panel display problem and needed local service to get it fixed. Stratton provided great customer service by phone and email, and Service Tech Butch proved truly knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. He even took his shoes off without a hint of being bothered. Stratton is now our go to center for service.
i tried to fix my Vizio tv with online help but could not find a main board anywhere.vizio wanted $400 to repair. i gave up and took it to stratton electronics they fixed the main board for for way less.i would recommend to a friend
