I WILL NEVER use Jerry's Transmission again. If my transmission wasn't under warranty I would never have brought it back to them to fix. Another shop had bought the transmission from them and installed it. It has a 2 year warranty on it. I notified Jerry's immediately after picking up my vehicle that the transmission wasn't working right. I even showed them video's proving what it was doing. Jerry's has had my vehicle over 3 MONTHS- giving it back to me TWICE claiming it was fixed but it wasn't. They have given me three different loaner vehicles that put my safety and property at risk- one red car with a broken gas gauge leaving me stranded at a stop light, one white minivan with a short causing constant dead batteries during the wildfire evacuation and one black Ford Escape with an alarm system short that goes off for no reason at all hours of the night and day. They have HORRIBLE customer service, they won't call you back, keep you updated and lie that they fixed your vehicle. Then, when you confront them that it's not fixed, they insult your intelligence trying to tell you there's nothing wrong when it is RIDICULOUSLY OBVIOUS what is wrong with it. Then they sit on your vehicle for MONTHS without touching it or fixing it even if you have a warranty. After 3 MONTHS of having my vehicle, their office person Brett called me on Friday telling me once again the owner Kurt just couldn't seem to find anything wrong with it and would just have to keep driving it. After I became extremely angry, he told me he would call me to meet me at the office on Saturday morning (when the office was closed) and ride in my vehicle with me to be able to tell the owner Kurt exactly what was wrong (since the owner had just been DRIVING MY VEHICLE AROUND on his own putting miles on it and burning my gas but never fixing it). But, Saturday morning Brett never called. I drove to the shop and Brett HAD BEEN THERE BUT DIDN'T CALL ME. So, I got the keys and drove my vehicle making current videos of the issues that where and have been SO OBVIOUS. I have contacted KECI and KPAX television station consumer advocates and filed a complaint with the Office of Consumer Protection of Montana. SAVE YOURSELF ridiculous frustration and horrible service- DON'T GO TO JERRY'S TRANSMISSION in Missoula!
I currently just went to jerrys, what a wonderful place iwas waited on with a smiling face timely manner every question ead andwered got my transmission same day ill never go to another transmission shop jerrys is the best
