Deceptive and insulting. Refused to give me a print out of a 6 hour diagnosis of a WARRANTIED PART they installed. they refused to take accountability or responsibility for the problem and would not provide me with any paperwork or printout - claiming it was against their POLICY to give that to me. Deceptive liars.AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
I had such a bad service experience servicing my Mercedes with this dealership. I will most definitely not be returning for any future maintenance here.
Exceptionally bad experience. Spent $2500 getting my SBC Unit replaced on my E55 AMG. The part was installed incorrectly, and upon light to moderate braking, the car was extremely unstable. Upon receiving my vehicle back from their "service" department, the shift selector was not functioning. Their "tech" said "my problem, don't have 2 hours to diagnose" at this point my brother; (Active duty air force) told them they are going to fix the issue they created. 5 minutes later my shift selector worked, and I could change gears again. (Referencing the manual selection of gears via the shift lever) upon addressing the bigger issue, vehicle unstable and unsafe to operate due to a faulty install of SBC pump, they offered no relevant solution. They are the closest Mercedes dealer, and clearly used this to gain unfair and unreasonable advantage of a situation. Scumbags would be polite.
The food is very reasonably priced and the salad bar is always fresh with a good variety. A few favorite items have been taken off the menu but other than that everything is always very satisfactory abd the staff are presentable and accommodating
Very helpful and informative
These guys get fixer-uppers, fix 'em up, and sell them to you. They have the engines detailed, and minor repairs made on the vehicles. The sales guys are not too honest, but I found that I could get them to BS me less if I was super assertive. They knocked 2 thousand off the price of our car. A month later the car is still ok but the check engine light has come on. These guys operate on ONE PRINCIPLE. BUYER BEWARE. this means if your car dies the day you buy it, good luck. It dies a month later, you are ON YOUR OWN. If you buy from Jim's use your test drive to drive the car to a MECHANIC. you will get a great car from Jim's if you take the time to do that.
I would never buy a car from this place. Cars are bought at auction and then listed at over value price. There is no negotiating. If you put a deposit down it is not refundable. I wish we had a mechanic check the car we bought. The owner also states things which are not true because there is no mechanic on site. Never believe a used car dealer - you must check everything out yourself. We learned the hard way. The car was worth half of what it was selling for as there were so many issues with it - it should have been junked. We have yet to receive our title and the according to the vin number - the engine does not match - we found this out when buying parts for it...so wonder if title will ever show?
We were on vacation in our camper and our fridge needed resetting. Nobody else in town would get us in except the guys at Gull. They fixed our fridge in half hour and we were on our way. Thanks again.
