I wanted to write a review about my interactions with Amber Property Management. Jennifer Anaya is the Senior Community Manager for Crystal Cay in Laguna Niguel. Since moving there in the last year, I have had several situations that led me to dealing with her. Shortly after moving in my home, I was in need of a total replacement of the water pipes. The company that does it were busy doing other homes but she was able to get them in quickly to do the job and it was completed in a matter of three days. When I was having trouble getting the termite company out to retreat after a prior visit she got them out to my home quickly. While the termite company was treating in my attic, I found out that there was no wall separating my attic from a neighboring attic. When I reported it to Jennifer she contacted the board who approved to have a wall put up immediately. When I had a rental car for an extended period of time she made sure it was safe listed for me. Just recently I needed a letter from her regarding my property and I received the letter the same day. Every time I have gone to her about an issue she has been so helpful, understanding and willing to get things done. I know that sometimes issues require board approval but I am glad she has been great with me regardless of how busy she may get. There have been so many bad reviews about Amber Property Management and my experiences with Jennifer have been nothing but wonderful. I don't normally take time out to write a review as I often find myself experiencing various problems so many places. I just wanted it noted that Jennifer has gone above and beyond for me on every issue I have brought to her.
I appreciate all the hard work you guys do for Beletarraza. I always told people the company and association were one of the finest.
Julie must be blessed with the patience of 100 people dealing with a lot of different personalities. that call or e-mail daily. I don't envy her job as most are not calling to wish her a pleasant "good morning".

I just wanted to say thank you SOOOOO much to Yamy. At the risk of being repetitive, I cant stop myself, all the help you provide the Sommerset board is beyond wonderful. You are greatly loved and appreciated and I hope you never do something crazy like moving to Texas?!?!?
The management team is extremely knowledgeable about their industry. They are generous with their time and the information they provide is invaluable. They are very professional and always so helpful.
My review how I was personally treated in the offices of Amber Property Management. My Association had recently been switched from PCM to Amber, and I had a ton of issues with PCM. They had put numerous undisclosed and unexplained fines on my account and when my account was transferred to Amber I went in to talk to them about it and they were more than happy to help me with the majority of the fines. Pamela Morris was incredibly helpful and there was no hassle at all when sorting through the miscellaneous fines. Since then, anytime I need something I am able to go into their office and see Pam within minutes. She is very sincere and considerate and am very happy to have Amber as our property management team.
