I wish I could rate only Dr. David Gwynn but his office is ridiculous, my first visit with Dr Gwynn even though was a long wait, was good, the second I walked out of his office, and walked into the Optical area it was a nightmare. Daniel (Optical Manager) is diffidently not a people person he is brutally rude, and condescending, he was not helpful in picking out a Frame or lenses. I had to send my glasses back three time to be redone, and after waiting over three months .and leaving at least 8 messages over the last three months to try and get my glasses right so I could see. I got no response except from Daniel who left me a message to tell me that the office is going to refund me my money. I finally got a call from the office manager Sarah telling me that they are refunding me so I can got to Lenscrafters to get glasses. Even-though Dr Gwynn seems to be a good Doctor save your time money and energy, and do what Sarah orders GO TO LENSCRAFTERS you will be happier, take my word for it Saddleback Eye Medical Associates SUCK!!! I will never step foot in that Office again or refer my family//friends to Saddleback Eye Medical Associates, and the friends I did refer I have updated them all!!!
