The doctors are good, courteous, professional but overworked and apologetic of the administrative staff and office policies. The office continually overbooks each appointment time and either their system is not kept current or the staff does not understand how to interpret patient coverages.. I don't know who decided the office policies but it is definitely not a positive experience for the patient who is kept waiting for hours and treated like a number. The office staff attitudes border on rudeness and they know people are unhappy. Today, my daughter waited 2 hours for an appt to find out they were not up to date with the insurance info and decided not to call her. She immediately called her father and got it verified but the staff told her 7 people were ahead of her despite the fact that she had an 8:15am appointment!!! She waited an additional hour before leaving without seeing the doctor at 11:30am. We have been here for years, but the entire family will be changing to a better eye medical group with better customer service.
