Provided by CitysearchJohn and Brian assisted me in finding the source and exact location of a severe clog in my underground sewer line. They were nothing short of helpfull and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
They we're great! Paul went above and beyond as compared to my experience with other companies that provide this service. He was great to talk to, I learned a lot and my drain that has been a problem since we moves in 4 1/2 years ago works like a charm.

Provided by CitysearchI needed a toilet reset as the wax seal had deteriorated. I needed someone to come over the weekend and they did not charge extra for that! Paul was the technician and he was fantastic. Very polite and personable. He took care of toilet and everything was back to normal in about 30-45min. We even talked about family and pets, etc while he was here. If I need any future plumbing services I will be calling Roto-Rooter and asking for Paul to come out again!
