Allstate Insurance: Renita Fleming

I have been using Renita Fleming Allstate Agency since 2007. Renita and her staff are very professional, helpful, and dependable. I would highly recommend her agency to anyone who is looking for home owner, auto, rental, and life insurance. They can also assist you with annuities and investment policies.

I have had allstate for over 12 years and I have never had a problem. I have had my car hit while parked twice and they were great at getting it fixed with no hassle. Any questions I have ever had have been answered promptly. I could not say enough good things about Jan and how she has treated me over the years. I never worry when it comes to my insurance because I know they are always there when I need them, just a phone call away!

I met Jan years ago, when she worked for another Insurance Co. I like her right away. First impression friendly,honest, and worked to get you the best quote possible.I remember coming home and telling my husband I really like her and the agency. well we stayed with her till one day, she says,she's leaving. OH NO!!!!! Where are you going? well to another agency. Ok we're going to, and did. By this time, if I remember right we had began to share life things.Henceforth was the beginning on a friendship. I don't think there is much she doesn't know about Me and my family.Sharing ups and downs.Boy were there some downs. LOL



The agency she worked for the owner past away,wonderful gentleman. And then she opened her own agency. Her receptionist, lol, is this very handsome man, that just happens to be her husband,They run a home like atmosphere,because you are always at home,right up to their friendly dog.

If I have a problem such as an accident, which has happened,is handled with the up most dignity and professional manner.Taking care of everything from first call to last dent in car. Business is business, Time is Time and that is how it's handled.



Both Jan and Sam are wonderful, fun loving,caring ,hard working people, that make you glad you are with them. They know how to treat people,not only as working professionals but as God loving people.



As long as there is a Sam and Jan Ballowe Agency . We will be with them. If everyone ran a business as they do ,everyone would be busy. Elkhart is a better place because they are here,not because of the business they do, but because they are in this world. With much love,friendship and respect we thank them.
