Clarification

This office only handles individual and family health insurance. It does not handle any group insurance issues. Any problems regarding group insurance issues are handled by a seperate division of Anthem and have nothing to do with this office or any individuals at this office.

Terrible, read on for details

My company provides insurance through Anthem.



I have a minor surgery coming up. The insurance claim agent at the doctors office had to ask for an American customer representative, as their foreign call center was unable to communicate properly.



She got a verbal statement, and that a claim form would be mailed. 2 months later, nothing has arrived. The doctors office requested it several times as I did. We were always promissed (sorry, lied to) that the form will go out today, no later than tomorrow.



Up to today, nothing has happened. We do not know how much the insurance will cover.



I know have a different insurance company, same benefits, NO WAITING PERIOD (they even cover the surgery 80%), and the insurance is almost $80 a month cheaper.
