The assistants in that office aren't very helpful. They aren't professional. A receptionist leaves messages on the voicemail but her english isn't good at all. They will have you waiting in the waiting area for hours when there aren't any patients in the examination rooms. They are just sitting around talking. Don't waste your time for bad service at that office, go somewhere else that you will wait on good service.
