I totally agree with everything the others have written about One Home Care Soultions. I'm to the point. I am filing a complaint with the consumer affairs as well as the Attorney Generals office. I can't believe insurance companies are paying them as their supplier for the eldering. I am making it my business to put this company out of business and so should you. Next stop Help Me Howard!

The best Care giver I have meet on my own experience very well organized correct on time and in order I was pleased with all services from the equipment and services everything was great i will recommend to all my relatives and friends. Alma Lazarevic
These people are a major joke, an embarrassment to the healthcare profession. My father has Careplus insurance and the home care is this umbrella company under which One at Home Broward lies, and lies it does, My father has had no choice but to use these services because it's the only one on his plan and there is always at least an 10 day wait for physical therapy and evaluation. The nurses are fair, although some barely speak English and some have no compassion. The staff has no courtesy they expect you to stand on ceremony and if they do call before showing up (warning they don't) they will tell you they are 10 or 20 min away and that is not enough time often enough to prepare. They think because the patient is homebound they have nothing to do but wait on these inept people, some of whom barely can communicate in ENGLISH the language of the USA. The pharmacy sometimes seems like they know what is going on but when you have an issue it's impossible to reach the same person twice. When you call One Homecare you get the impression the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Stay away at all costs, change insurance companies anything to stay away.
Stay away from this company bad news . They will lie to you call you a liar, hang up on you. I could go on and on. You have been informed. Even if your on your death bed they don’t care. If I ran a company like they do I would be bankrupt. Good luck. If I could give them negative 100 I would for every category.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. This is the only company our provider uses, unfortunately. I need oxygen at all times and need portable tanks if I don't want to spend my life inside. I need the tanks to travel to the doctor. I have lost count of the times that the delivery of these tanks has been either late or postponed to the point that I run totally out, even though I call far in advance. There is total negligence on the part of whoever is scheduling deliveries. We cannot ever get a straight answer, even a "window" for time of delivery. We run a business and every one of our providers can tell us with accuracy when our orders will arrive. This company, on whom I rely for AIR, cannot do that. Some of the deliveries have been late at night and others never showed up and we had to call the next day! (Again, for AIR TO BREATHE!)I am totally shocked that our provider hasn't changed companies since I have to believe they have received daily complaints about these people!
They are the worst!! Before joining an Healthcare insurance company make sure that they are not the contracted D.M.E provider. If so, don't join that insurance company. My experience with them was even though the Dr. and the insurance company authorized theorder for equipment they refused to provide it due to some excuse of it was a non contracted item between they and the insurance company,
As a caregiver to a family member, I find this company was apparently designed to make the patient suffer. Asked, then pleaded and finally yelled to get help. All back up permissions and scripts were approved and in receipt. Either they don't have enough therapy staff (which increases their income and the patients expense) or they really don't care, again at the patients expense. Waiting for Speech Therapy, ordered and approved by Dr. and Ins Co. "My mother can't swallow food safely" still was not enough to light a fire or get help.
I concur with all the others. If you don't wish to be paid or you like runarounds, then by all means go for it. We're still fighting claims from over a year ago. Lucky, we were smart enough to stop doing business with them a long time ago. I can't imagine how much money we would have lost if we had stayed.
This company is a disaster. Starting with authorizations, they are made them with wrong codes, wrong Company's NPI number. Plus it is hard to talk to people and have a good answer. If I need to talk about billing; they do not have a Website. On the website you could doesn't find all of your patients; You cannot submit request for authorization there. Plus: "the most important thing "THEY DON'T PAY. I am afraid they are going to end like Univita.
Run away, and do it fast. This company SUCKS like nobody I've ever done business with before. I've had my fair share of experiences with DMEs (Durable Medical Equipment dealers), and many of them are shabby when it comes to offering initial medical equipment (like a CPAP machine) and re-supplies when they're needed; this one really takes the cake. As others have said, they give meaning to the term "runaround" and are totally unresponsive. I've called a couple of dozen times already; always get someone in the "call center" and try to speak to someone with some authority (which never happens). I end up leaving a message for a higher-up to try to get SOME satisfaction out of this ongoing horrible experience, only to never receive a return phone call from anyone. THEY DON'T CARE. Again, run away, and find a DME who wants (and will work for) your business! I've never been so frustrated... I hope this awful review helps someone else before they get stuck dealing with this poor excuse for a business. Ugh!
