Horrible, terrible service. Nobody greeted us when we were there and the staff was not helpful at all. The prices of the puppies were extremely high and the cages were dirty, unsanitary, and in poor condition with shredded paper all in and over the dogs' food. I was very disappointed about the services, staff, and facility over all.

We had been taking our dog (Puppers) there for grooming for 15 years. When my husband picked up our dog the last time, a store employee told us not to bring Puppers back for grooming again. When asked why, she said he was too old for grooming. What a stupid reason!!! If he was causing problems during grooming, they should have informed us so we could pass the information on to the new groomer that is now doing Puppers. I will NEVER take any pet to them in the future!!

Took our fifteen pound dog in for a grooming. Picking him up the groomer wanted an extra $20 because he was "a little nippy" and his hair was hard to cut (Pomeranian/Corgi cross). He's been groomed there before with no problems, been groomed elsewhere with no problems. We're never going back again.

Dirty, lack of concern for sanitation, reckless care of animals. Dogs and puppies died of parvo last year, a kitten with rabies was sold, hamsters left in a storage and forgotten barely survived. I saw a groomer swearing at a dog and shoving him around. Too much money goes to profit rather than appropriately caring for animals and staff.

I've never seen so many dead fish:( Sales associates are aloof.

THE CREW AT THE PET PARADE ARE FANTASTIC, THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR US: AND AS WE WERE STANDING IN LINE TO RECIEVE OUR PURCHASES, ALSO WENT THAT XTRA MILE FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER...THIS IS A CLEAN FACILITY AND WON`T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ALL MY PET SERVICES...THEY TRULY CARE FOR THERE PETS!!!
