Bought i canary system, was told the wrong info. Sales person told me i could move the lens of the camera with the app on my phone. This was false info. I even asked which would he choose, and he said he would choose the canary becsuse of this option. So i paid more for nothing as this camera does not have this option. Then i called the store to let them know that i was roped into a purchase and giving false info. All he said was "ok" i asked him if thats all he had to say and he said " yup, have a good day" WOW. That is some customer service you het from Best Buy ! Never again !
Horribly managed. Bought a stereo for installation at the end of November, was told that I wouldn't be able to have it installed until beginning of January, and even then, was unable to have it installed due to their ONE technician being unavailable. Regardless of reason, this is unacceptable. To top it off, when I took it to a professional shop, they informed me that Best Buy had ordered the wrong part for the installation. Waste of time, waste of money, look elsewhere.
When my computer DVD/CD player stopped working, I went to Best Buy to ask them if it could be repaired. They told me that they would have to replace the player inside the computer, which would cost more than the value of the computer. They then showed me external devices which would play the DVD/CD's for me. I was extremely pleased with the service, quick and courteous attention to my needs, and price range of the item which I was viewing for purchase.
