Our experience with 33rd Company has been great! Any time we reached out to their general tenant email address with questions or concerns, we received a detailed response within 24 hours. While we did not have a specific point of contact at the company, it didn't matter, whoever responded took our concerns seriously, which was extremely comforting.33rd Company was courteous and friendly throughout our tenancy and we never experienced any problems with them.The move in and move out process couldn't have been easier, and they had a nice welcome bag of goodies for us at check-in (water, cookies, a notepad and pen, and a roll of toilet paper and paper towels, how cool is that?!) And we were able to detail any damage from previous tenants (which was minimal, 33rd company takes care of their properties!) to ensure there were no surprises when we moved out.I would definitely recommend going through 33rd Company for your next rental, they were professional, friendly and weren't the type of landlord to drop in unannounced. I took my grands to this store on Wednesday (early afternoon) and their were no customers in the store and we were their for quite some time. When it came time for service check out I had to call out loud that we were ready. During the transaction I decided to sway another pair of sun shades and the cashier said she had to re-ring me. I told her I was sorry, which I was. She displayed the nastiest demeanor ever about it and I had to apologize a few times before she reluctantly acknowledged that she heard me. On the way out, one of the clerks bid us farewell and I told her, ''thank you for being friendly." Needless to say, "I don't think I will be in a hurry to return where you have to yell for check out services and then you get a nasty young cashier who seemingly doesn't want to work.
I'm very upset with the service. I've been a long time customer and I've bought intimates(bras) from them before and I was able to try them on. I visited the location today and was told that they don't allow customers to try on intimates in my case bras and I Even offered to let them keep my bag while I tried on the merchandise to make sure it fit and they would not allow it saying it's always been the policy. Most of my intimate apparel has come from this store and I was able to try them on. I will not return to this location because I don't want to buy something that I'm not sure if it will fit .
Brought my seats in for a price,two small seats he looked at them and told me 180.00 for each seat,ok,he told me they would take about four weeks,ok,three weeks longer than the original date I went to pick them up, the original price was 360.00 now he says there 505.00 that's 30 percent higher than I was told!!! Too many excuses, overpaid,was never called to let me know why it would be more,just excuses and lies,I don't do business like this,and I don't expect to be treated like this,bad business will not return,the seats did turn out ok,not great but ok,but paid too much!!!!
Our property manager was able to get additional docks for our HOA approved by the city and the DNR. Just in time for summer! She is excellent!
Well this was an amazing change for us from the old Home Owner Association Management company we had been using. 33rd Co actually returns your calls and e-mails quickly, and has provided us good advice. Our property manager is very smart and she said she has been in the industry for 20+ years which is great. They allow ACH automatic payments for member dues, and they also email out monthly statements which is so much easier. We have been thrilled with the service, and the easy website portal. Our Spring walkthrough will hopefully provide an opportunity to address some of the issues we need to have taken care of.
This company manages our Home Owner Association and did a major roof replacement project for our entire town home community last summer. They did a really good job, and texted our schedule to us so we knew where the dumpster was going to be placed and the schedule of the contractors workers. It was pretty seamless and our manager told us she was following up with the progress daily. She was very good. They also have ACH payments which makes it easy to pay association dues.
Great Home Owners Association Property Manager (HOA). They have been very proactive with repairs and also with regular maintenance. We have a large parking lot that is always hard to get the snow removed from because everyone has there cars parked there - well our property manager had a simple solution which was to text everyone about 2 hours before the snow plow company arrived - and yes that did the trick! All but one car was moved and the entire lot was snow and ice free for a few weeks!
Great video on their website - it was on property tax benefits on rental - so good and so true. Thanks for posting this as most people were not aware. This site has a ton of great videos for people looking to rent their houses. I also got a free rental analysis sent to me - and it was pretty much right on target - I have a split entry (with attached garage) that is similar to a neighbors home this is a rental. He has bad tenants thought so I am glad I found a good management company to go with.
