What kinda business doesn't post their menu online? A lazy one. Even after I called in an order, waited 30 minutes, and went in, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. The meat was decent, quite tender actually, but the BBQ sauce was horrible. Service is awful. The employees act like they don't want to be there. Very slow. If you have lots of time to kill, it may be ok.
I'm actually over this place, but my husband likes the chicken. The 1st time we tried to order I had to call about 10 times to get an answer. When someone finally picked up they were all out of chicken & were waiting on a delivery truck. There's a grocery store up the street! 2nd time, I called about 10 times again, am able to place an order. I asked for sweet & sour sauce, got barbecue. I asked for cheese on the side, they were on the fries. So my lactose intolerant niece got no fries. And the 45 min-1 hr delivery took 1.5 hrs. When I tried to call back to let them know our order was very wrong? No answer! Nothing kills my vibe more than businesses not caring about customer service. They'll not get another dime from us if it's up to me.

I don't eat meat on the bone, but I will eat ted cooks hot and spicy pork ribs any day of the week.
