Very unhappy with customer service on the phone and at office. Misinformed by customer service that my service could transfer service and I could make an upgrade before obligation time but couldn't. Got charged fees.
My fiance recently worked for this company but lost her job due to taking two days off after two of her family members died within two weeks (on the day of each of the deaths). I don't understand how anyone can be heartless enough to fire someone who is going through so much suffering. And they even did it over an email, the morning after her second loved one passed away. They didn't even have the humanity to say it to her face. If you have loved ones, this is not the job for you. And if you care about what quality of people who are working in your gardens, this is not the company to hire. I am disappointed that people like this even exist.
Very poor service and please don't bother working there. The owners lie to their employees to get them to work there. Me and others have been tricked to leave our good jobs to go work for much lower pay and horrible treatment. A great neighborhood Ace Hardware is only a Facade and these Managers need to be ratted out for their abuse. Ever wonder why Cashiers don't exactly conversate? Because we're not allowed to, I've been told personally to STFU for talking to a customer a little too long despite no other customers being in line. Please, if you are curious, ask the employees how they feel and though they may put up a happy face, know that there is Tyranny going on. It's a shame that Julene and Elena think that they know how to run a business, much less a store.
