Weston Choppers

My husband and I did business with this company and the Owner John. My husband had a custom Bike built. We started this process about 2 years ago and was promised time and time again that the bike would be finished and done within a Year. Promises kept coming and kept being broke.



We invested a great amount of money and time in this company and the bike. We constantly were either lied to and told what the Owner (John) thought we wanted to hear.



Over and over again the bike had issues for completion. We do understand that it is a custom and can and would take time to build, but when the owner keeps telling you a week, or two weeks, and it turns into months, years you start to lose faith.



My husband just got his bike last week, It is in the Garage and now will not start!!!!! My husband called the owner over the weekend several times and only received text messages back and no call from the owner to offer some assistance and back his Product.



This is not how to run a business this is not how to treat a friend. We paid a lot of money for this bike and now it will not start.



I would highly recommend do NOT DO BUISNESS WITH WESTON CHOOPERS.

DO NOT DO NOT do business with this shop WESTON CHOPPERS, My motorcycle was brought to him on Oct 8th of 2013 and a check for $8900.00 to have my 2009 Harley Davidson street glide fixed and customized. I paid $250 more down on 10/1/13. There has been no progress on it since this time. Day after day I have checked on it and he keep giving me the run around. I gave him a needs to be do by date on 2/14/14 to have it finished on 3/20/14. He said fine. I checked back in each week the bike was gone at another facility he said getting worked on he said. The due date came and went. Finally on 3/28 I stopped up and he said still not done. So I said I wanted to see the bike, he said no it's at another shop, I asked where? he wouldn't tell me, so I called the spring lake park Police (Case 14-062433 Officer Chlebeck) to help. They told him I reported it stolen and to produce the motorcycle or someone was going to jail. At 6pm that night we meet up there to find out the bike was in the back of the shop in a trailer the whole time and the bike was in the same condition from when I had the seen the bike 3 months ago, All tore apart and missing all my old parts and had none of the new parts he was paid for. The police could only help with getting the frame and motor noting else back. I have the bike unfinished and no money to fix it. Both the bank and my insurance company have tried calling him to get the parts or money owed and they get the same run around I got for the last 8 mouths.

Now it is going to Court. Custom work
