If I could give a -10 I would ...

If I could give a -10 I would give them that as a score. Never go here. They didn't even bother to call me to tell me that my glasses would take longer than their standard 1 1/2 weeks. Surprisingly both pairs showed up the day after my ultimatum to have my glasses in or refund me all my money, which was a lot; I requested them to refund me for both pairs that I bought. Also, they are ridiculously expensive. You are better going to a big chain retailer and pay out of net work, and still only pay half of what you would pay here. In the end they told me their lab was having problems with inventory with some parts on one of the 2 pairs of glasses I bought. Maybe its just me, but if I am PAYING you for a service, don't you think you would bend over backwards to provide me with at least the same standards you would give yourself when you are spending the kind of money I am spending, and not give a crap, escpecially in these hard times. It was three weeks when I made the call to have my money refunded, and it took them 4 days before they actually refunded my money into my account but they had no problems taking my money the day I was in there.
