This is not a real aiport shuttle service. I called them today, 3 hours before my flight and talked to whoever answers the phone - presumably some guy on his cell while he was driving. He barely spoke English. He took my address very quickly and hung up. I got a phone call about 5 minutes before the pickup time from a guy speaking even worse English that couldn't find my place. I gave him directions, then waited.....called him back - no answer. He called again, still lost. I finally saw him as I pulled out of my condo garage (decided to just drive to the airport at this point). The ""airport shuttle"" was a Blue and White Taxi car - with your typical Twin Cities cab driver (no English, no GPS). If I wanted that, I would have just called the cab company directly instead of what is supposed to be a professional airport shuttle service that charges a bit premium over the normal cab fare.

I used Viking Taxi more than a half dozen times with no problem. And then I made arrangements for them to pick me up at home and take me to the airport and they didn't show up. I called and they told me they'd be there in 15 minutes -- too late for my plane. Will never use them again since they can't be trusted to show up when you ask them to.
Viking Airport Taxi Airport Taxi Minneapolis Highly recommended, highly reliable What a great network of drivers. I had a friend tell me about Viking Taxi truly this group of drivers are helpful and trustworthy. I left my wallet at the taxi and they being back at the airport .
Cab was eh ok, not exactly friendly and a little short when I was trying to explain to him where my apartment actually was compared to where he had parked. Was raining by the time he got to my lot, didn't get out to help me juggle my luggage. While I can understand that he might not to because of the rain, I didn't exactly appreciate having to load in my suitcase and computer bag in the van by myself and still try to hold up my umbrella (isn't that part of what you pay a cab driver for?)
During the course of everything, I'm pretty sure I lost my camera in the cab, when my purse fell over going around a curve. I had thrown everything in the backseat of the van during the heavy rain and whoever I talked to a few days later was not helpful at all. Said he would check with driver and let me know, never called back. When I checked again, he said he did call me (nope he didn't), said he checked with all the drivers and they didn't have anything like that. Mid-sentance as I was asking if he had checked with the specific driver I had ridden with (as he said he would do when we first spoke) he hung up on me.
Don't bother with this company. With customer service like that, I will never call this place again!
(Oh and the driver had just finished a ciggarette when he picked me up.)
