Provided by DexKnowsGood pizza but expensive and really not worthy of all the hype I had heard.Our table had two pizza's. One with a red sauce and the other a "garlic white".The garlic white was really solid. Flavorful and light. Not over bearing as some white sauces can be.The red sauce was so watery thin it was actually boiling over the cheese upon arrrival to the table. I had never seen that before on a pizza. It was basically pizza soup that never seemed to cool down.The thin crust with the thick beaded up edges is original. Good for someone who likes thin and a thicker crust.The prices were high for the quality. Better local pizza can be found, much cheaper.

Our grandfather, Sammy Perrella, started the first Sammy Perrella's Pizza & Restaurant way back in the fifties, and when he did he used his own family recipes that date back generations, back to Capestrano, back to the old country, where our ancestors were the finest pizza makers.
