        THE WORST(ONGOING)EXERIENCE EVER! $1400 SERVICE GONE TERRIBLY WRONG! VERIFIED BY 2 PROFESSIONALS!

        I paid $1400 to have keratin bond extentions put in my hair at this salon. The bonds were put in wrong so I went back to the salon the next day to talk to the stylist. She claimed nothing wrong with her placement of the bonds. I went to a certified trainer referred to me by the maker of the bonds used, and another professional that uses another brand of keratin bonds. I was told by both professionals the placement was not done correctly and will need to be redone. I went on to contact the salon to speak with the stylist/manager. My calls went unreturned so I scheduled an appointment with her planning to bring the information I had. My appt. was for tomorrow, 2 days ago I was contacted by the parent company to this salon and was told I'm not allowed go back to the salon even though included in the cost was 1 maintenance appt per month for 6 months. I was never disrespectful to anyone involved and no reason was given. I have been dealing w/ this since 1/27 and I plan to sue this company.
