Honest-1 Auto Care

This was my first experience with Honest1 Auto Care. While they were able to provide me with good service, I will never go back. When I picked up my car I realized my GPS was gone and my doors were unlocked. They said my car was left inside the garage which leads me to believe that one of the employees took it. They never returned my call so I had to call back again and again on my vacation. Of course they said they are not liable but I am very disappointed in their conduct. I trusted them with my vehicle and they let me down.

This business was once called Precision Tune, but due to deceptive business practices and charging customers for parts and services not needed, the owner lost the franchise name and renamed the business Uptown Auto Care. The story was broke by an investigator who posed as a customer and caught the owner replacing parts that were not needed on a Jeep Cherokee. The same people work there and nothing has changed but lies and decption. Inexperienced crew that will get you in the end. Just look at all the cars in front of the shop that they screwed customers on. Will break parts on your car and then charge you for them.
