Forster's Catering has full service or ready to serve menus for any type of catering events. Forster's has served the Twin Cities metro area for more than 60 years, specializing in quality meats and customer service. We have s family tradition of foodies. Our goal is to make your event a spot on success. Carved onsite, our buffets are able to be presented in a formal or informal setting. Popular serving choices include (but not limited to): Steamship round of choice beef Whole roasted turkeys Smoked ham Choice prime rib of beef or pork Forster's famous whole roasted pig Additional Main entree items: BBQ pork back ribs, BBQ shredded pork, chicken or beef, choice Black Angus beef steaks, wild rice beef patties and Rosemary roasted chicken. We also offer sausage by Cynthia's Sausages including Andouille, wild rice w/jalapeno cheese, Italian Tuscan, weisswurst, bratwursts, jaternice, and many others. What's more we can serve up Hungarian mushroom pork tenderloin, cherry marinated boneless pork chops, Cuban shredded pork, lemon sour cream chicken breast and lemon pepper salmon. We have extensive options for side dishes or we can prepare one of your personal favorites to complete your menu.
