Avoid this Dealership

For about a year now my husband and I have had mediocre service at Dodge of Blaine. Our car has been in for several warranty repairs. We had several minor repairs over the 07-08 winter, resulting in the service department claiming this vehicle wasn't meant for the cold of a MN winter. In Feb 2008 they made a minor careless error during a repair, so that the ""check engine"" light came back on the day after we took the car home. In March of 2008, the power steering started failing. We took the car in. While it was parked outside the service garage - and right next to the busy main entrance - our vehicle was crashed into (other vehicle drove off). We were not notified for several days, and no one at Dodge of Blaine can tell us what day even that this happened. Our car has suffered $1200 in damages, including needing an entire new passenger door. No one at Dodge of Blaine will return our calls or e-mails after that first day. We spoke to the owner of the dealership the day we were notified, and all we've been told is that they are not liable since someone else hitting the vehicle was out of their control. We have contacted Dodge Corporate, but only received a form letter e-mail back saying we have to talk to the dealership. We are trying! I understand that they may not be legally liable, but that they wouldn't help cover the damages or even speak to us is extremely frustrating.

This is my first bad review I've posted, but I want others to know of the kind of experience that can be had at Dodge of Blaine.
