A1 overall experience. Vehicle repaired in time promised at a more than fair price. They accommodated my change in schedule and worked well with the insurance company. If I ever have a need for auto body work I will be sure to use CRC.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Erick and CRC for over ten years and all I can say is that he and his shop are top notch! He does incredible work, is honest, ethical, down to earth and always has your best interest in mind. In an age where customer service and honesty have gone by the wayside, he is a breathe of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. I have hired Erik about a half a dozen times over the last decade and would not go anywhere else-all is completed on time, like new, as quoted every time and he stands behind his work-I have always been delighted! Never had an issue at all, but if I did I would count on Erik taking care of me! Don't waste your time with other shops-go for an excellent value from CRC! Would be happy to be a reference and show off the work!

I generally try to avoid the chain shops because they tend to cut corners and the employees and managers don't have a stake in their own business. I also like to stay in town if I can. I found several local shops and asked around and everybody had good things to say about Coon Rapids Collision.



My car was rear ended about six weeks ago and it was paid for by the other drivers insurance (State Farm, which gave me no hassle at all). This shop works directly with State Farm which made for a very smooth process. They had my car for about 5 days and there was extensive rear end damage and it looks as good as new. I looked underneath at what I could see and everything that was damaged was replaced.



This week, I hit some black ice on Hwy 169 and this time my front end was damaged (not nearly as bad as the previous collision). I called these guys up, the pre-ordered the part giving me full options as to new, reconditioned or after-market. They gave me a direct quote for the damage described. They did find one other missing piece [which I found on the road and threw away] and informed me of that and re-quoted just as expected. There were no surprises. Again, excellent quality work and in this case it was done in one day [even with the time it took to get the missing part].



I recommend them to everybody that I know and I will not hesitate to use them again for any of my families cars should the need arise.
