        Horrible. They Cut 7 inches off the wrong end and ruined the rug for what I needed it for. They cut the correct side when I complained. They only refunded the $65 that was paid for the WRONG service. I drove there 4 times. 4 hours of my time and they didn’t pay me for the rug they ruined. Now I don’t have a rug for my area and they didn’t pay for it. Unbelievable.

        Bob's has always done terrific work for me and my business. but, I haven't the words to describe how happy my wife and i are with our custom family room rug. they took a design the we had drawn free hand and rendered it into a master piece.
