Overall
warning: do not have your Rolex overhauled here!

i chose this jeweler based on a good conversation with the store manager, who said BB is the largest Rolex dealer in the US. I found this hard to believe, given that only one person at the store is knowledgeable and capable of handling Rolexes (i think the store has a lot of staff turnover, so they even have a hard time finding where paperwork was filed).
In the end, it took them 3 attempts over the course of several MONTHS (vs. the estimated 8 weeks) to fix my Rolex. In the end, my watch had to be sent directly to Rolex because Ben Bridge facilities with supposed Rolex-trained technicians were not able to. I still was charged the full amount, even though Ben Bridge had my watch ""in repair"" for nearly half a year after botching the effort multiple times (e.g. unnecessarily replacing a part that wasn't the cause of the problem). Certainly not good customer service.

Take your Rolex elsewhere if you want it actually fixed and within a reasonable amount of time. An overhaul will cost roughly the same anywhere.
