No one knows appliances like Larry. He can readily diagnose the problem, fix it and provide tips on how to take better care of the appliance to extend its life. I have used Larry for over 10 years and he is simply the best. He is prompt, fair, reasonably priced and cares about his customers best interests. Avoid the aggravation you will have with all the other appliance repair places and call Larry.
I have been using Appliance Express for over 10 years. Larry is the best. If you need a refrigerator repair in Minneapolis I suggest go with the man with almost 40 years experience. I first called sears and on the day of the scheduled appointment, sears did not show or call to say why. I waited 7 days for sears, never again. I called Larry from Appliance Express and he was to my home in 3 hours the same day I called for help. In less than 1 minute he told me what was wrong and headed to the van for the part. Less then 30 minutes my whirlpool refrigerator was humming again. That is the kind of service he gives each and every time he comes to my home. The bad reviews I read about him and his company I do not believe. This is the reason behind my long review. He is a professional, a no nonsense kind of serviceman. The world is full of angry people it seems like now, looks like Larry ran into a couple. No one is perfect and larry is as close as it gets on appliance repair.

We have no complaints and would recommend Larry to anyone. He is totally very experienced with great integrity. He knows exactly what is wrong with your appliance and doesn't take all day to fix it. An absolute professional for his long time business.

He is always timely, calls before he arrives, many yrs. of experience, high integrity, very articulate explaining appliance that needs repair, very professional. I would recommend him and have to friends and family. Every company, restaurants, doctors and dentists may receive a bad review, but that doesn't mean it's true. Consider that most reviews are excellent for Larry and his appliance repair company

Provided by SuperpagesPerfect job and you can tell he is very honest, took a baby sock out of the pump and did not replace it for much much more. Then he said if this pump fails in the next year he will apply todays money and service towards next time so we really did not lose money just in case. you can also tell that he has been fixing appliances a long time.
I would highly recommend appliance express to my friends and family. This is the second time that I have used them, and Larry is very professional and honest. Instead of going for the 'big fix' he starts with the simplest fix to avoid unneeded charges. This time, my dishwasher was not working properly, and he had me try a simple fix over the phone. It worked! The dishwasher is working great, and we saved time and money!! Thanks Larry!
I would highly recommend Appliance Express to my friends & neighbors! My freezer was on the fritz & I stood to lose alot of $$ of frozen food! It was well after hours & Larry had already put in a full day,but he still helped me. He was very diligent in getting to the core issue of the problem. He not only fixed it, but also educated me in what to look for in the future. Without a doubt, I would call Larry again over any of the major competitors such as Sears, because I know I'm dealing with someone who really knows his trade, who goes above & beyond for his customers! It's refreshing to know that there are still kind, honest professional repair specialists with integrity such as Larry in this industry- he was a godsend! You will not be disappointed!

I verified that they were current members of the Better Business Bureau with no complaints on file and also read many positive reviews and also some baseless negative remarks that sounded like a simple misunderstanding of some sorts, I called to schedule service and they dispatched someone out to complete the repairs. The tech explained the problem and the total cost of repair, He had the necessary parts in his truck and completed the work within an hour. Washer is running like brand new! I would recommend this company and service tech "Larry" as he was up front on price and also very polite and spent time talking about using vinegar to clean the washer to keep it smelling nice and some other tips for the dishwasher and dryer, he checked and cleaned out the vent which was full of lint at no charge. I got a good deal as my washer was fixed pronto and also learned some tips for my other appliances. A+++++

Provided by SuperpagesWe called appliance express. Larry the service tech answered the phone. I told him that the food was defrosting in our freezer right now and I was worried. He replied that he would be their in 45 minutes and to my surprise he was. He had the parts in that big red van. He fixed it right away. We are on a tight budget and thanks to Larry we did not lose any food. Thank you Appliance Express. We will use you for all our future repair needs.
My wife called appliance express and made an appointment for 5pm. Larry called 30 minutes in advance and arrived right on time. The dryer was taking too long to dry. Larry said this repair was easy. Only the vent needed to be cleaned. He cleaned the vent and our dryer works like new. We didn't need a costly repair and we appreciated his honesty. His refrigerator magnet will stay on our refrigerator for as long as it will run.

Provided by SuperpagesI called Appliance Express in the morning. Within 3 hours Larry the service man made it to my house to fix my washer. He told me exactly how much and what the problem was and he had the part and fixed it immediately. He was in and out of my house in 40 minutes. My washer has worked perfect ever since. As he filled out the invoice in the kitchen he gave me tips on the dishwasher and how to clear up the soap scum on my glasses. I would recommend this company to anyone.

After he started the job of repairing my refrigerator, and I was obligated to have him complete the work and pay him for it, I called 10 other repair shops and found out he was charging me, on average, 60% more than his competitors. In my case, this was an extra $100. I watched him make the repairs, and also found he did not pay attention to details. Sloppy work and overpriced.
