One of the best martial arts gym you can find in Minnesota. Staff is motivating, helpful, and cares about everyone's progress. This is probably the most important part since anyone is capable of building a nice facility, which this place is, but having a good staff is hard to find. Kudos to Greg Nelson, owner/head instructor, for bringing together a great team. Whether your goals are casual enthusiast, amateur competitor, or competition at the highest level, there is a blueprint for your success at this place.

Never have I ever.... had a workout this intense, this motivating, or this FUN! I cannot say how much I love going to ilovekickboxing St. Paul. The instructors are personable, attentive, and AWESOME! I have seen changes in my body and mind that I never thought were possible since starting ilovekickboxing St. Paul. I now motivated and look forward to getting to the 8 am class on Saturday mornings. It truly is the BEST way to start my weekend! Thank you ilovekickboxing St. Paul!
I really hate this martial arts school! Yes,they know their martial arts skills very well, but the problem is that they don't listen! I told an instructor not to demonstrate any techniques on me because of a possible injury that I was training around from. Well,he did and I ended up with 2 1/2 years of rehab theory due to severe nerve damage in my shoulder. I talked to Mr Arnebeck and Randy and told them what had happened. This school kept soliciting me in the mail asking why I have not been training when I specifically told them I had to stop training due to my injury. I had to tell their answering service twice to remove me from their mailing list. I hope Josh Lebsock ends up with a permanent injury! I have recovered now ,but I will never train in this facility again!!!!!
iLoveKickboxing (ILKB)- St. Paul, is currently changing my life constantly. I always had trouble sticking with a workout routine especially after having a child. But now it’s all I want to make time for because I look at it now like it’s only an hour out of my day. I have never worked out at a place so friendly and supportive. When I first started there I thought it was impossible to do all the things that the instructors were throwing at me. But with hard work plus dedication I was able to gain the strength and confidence to build up the stamina to with stand core and the entire workout with confidence. I would not been able to do that with out the help plus support of such an awesome and nurturing staff. The ILKB staff are very motivating and the workout is intense and gratifying. The facility is so very clean, inviting, with a tribe atmosphere. It's honestly the best part of my day. I couldn’t think of a better place to workout or a better group of people to workout with. ILKB is the best investment that I have ever made for myself that just keeps on giving!
Imagine having a rough day at work, you're stressed out, tired, and are in desperate need of time to recharge. I Love Kickboxing in St. Paul will be your safe haven. Arrive as you are, and leave fully energized and confident that you can conquer the world! The staff are supportive, friendly, and genuinely want to help you become your best self. Do yourself a favor and go kick some booty with these wonderful peeps!
Saint Paul Location- I recently started taking classes at I Love Kickboxing Saint Paul and I am in love with it! I decided to add it to my cross-training for roller derby and it has greatly increased my strength and endurance in a very short time. The classes are challenging and the trainers push you without being overbearing and they allow you to choose your level of comfort and match your level of fitness. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle and strength or just get your sweat on after a hard day, I would recommend I Love Kickboxing Saint Paul to anyone!
More like a family than a gym! I love the friendly vibe that everyone gives. The academy is HUGE, but they treat everyone with respect. I feel challenged but not overworked. I simply LOVE the classes. The curriculum is very basic and easy to follow. One thing i really appreciate is that the instructors and other staff really care. I can't say enough about all the good stuff that I have learned since I started training.
I visited the St. Paul location and I have to say that it is truly a joy. Thanks to ilovekickboxing, I really do love kickboxing!!!!!!
This school is a great one, I am currently a red belt, it has good community, a friendly atmosphere, and a challenging work out. the pros tend to outway the cons in many wayscons-due to the fact it is more diversified (children, people just starting in a physical activity) it can be a bit less challenging.pros-great instructor. Both master Lindnbergh's (mr. Lindnbergh and mrs. Lindnbergh) tend to do a great job leading the class their daughter is also very good when she teaches.-great atmosphere. The people really stand by there principles ("united in mutual friendship") it makes you feel comfortable to be there. -for any level. this school is great for anybody at any level of martial arts.-challenge. I previously said that it is a bit less challenging, but they mostly leave the challenge up to you, if your working hard then it will be challenging, but if you chose not to work hard then its your fault that it is not challenging (sometimes it depends on the ranking student too).
World of Self Defense is one of the best martial arts training facilities in the world. I was a student thirty plus years ago and apply the skills studied every day. The instructors provide every student full attention and encourage and rejoice in their success.
