While trying to schedule a time to come and view the property Bob, the property contact, asked me a few questions regarding how many people would be renting, if we had pet, etc. From there Bob began to say that he was sure there were actually 4 renters, and that would be too many, even though I told him REPEATEDLY that there were 2 of us. Bob began to be rude, threatening, and demeaning. I tried to explain that there would be 2 people signing the lease, two people paying rent, 2 people living there, and no more than 2, yet he just couldn't wrap his little head around that. I would not recommend! I am glad it didn't work out because it wasn't until after that I read the comments associated with this property management company and it sounds like it would have been a nightmare.
Good question...it did not go. How long ago was this? I am a senior needing housing and had some questions. I have a very very limited income, am being harassed daily by some real characters here, in SSA has taken a hit by a DOE offset and other financial issues. How do I qualify, what do I have to do to get a home/build a home/get a job? Please do not ignore me or destroy this inquiry. I would be out on the street if not for my son...needing subsidized or a home of my own!I do not know if anyone has contacted me...it has been awhile. Thank you for your response!!
We contacted EIG shortly after we purchased a townhome and decided to rent it. They came and made suggestions about what was needed to be done and shared their wisdom from experience about what things did NOT need to be done. They also provided cost estimates for painting, carpet cleaning, etc. and all tasks were done quickly and efficiently. Before long, we were getting updates about applicants, whose backgrounds were already checked and the system moved forward. The communication has been excellent, they have handled every issue that has come up and our rental income is deposited automatically to our checking account. What could be easier? We trust them and would recommend them to any one considering the rental market.
Amy is a well and good good person to work thereby .
Maintenance is the worst I have ever experienced and the place is overpriced. Pay the extra money and get an actual nice apartment where the management doesn't make you feel like crap.
This management company is extremely unprofessional. Maintenance requests are not handled in a professional manner and are often times not taken seriously. I had a bat find its way in through the walls in my kitchen and the owner and maintenance man barely did anything. It took multiple requests to even get him to come in and look at the spot where the animal came in from. The owner consistently spoke to me and other residents in an extremely rude and condescending tone, giving off the vibe that things were my problem, not theirs. I've never experienced this with any "professional" business before. The apartments are overpriced and not very nice, no updates, etc. I would not recommend Prema to anyone.
My wife and I lived in a home owned and managed by Diversifed Property Management for 5 years and had a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live.
I was desperate when I signed the deal with Girard management. New to Minneapolis. Once my car was vandalized and I tried to get help from the office. I received the cold shoulder and no help. I'm responsible for the damages and will have to pay $3,000 to break my lease.
The building is well kept. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly & effectively. The caretaker is easy to reach if needed & keeps the shared spaces clean & orderly. There is respect for good living & humanity.
great people to work with very nice and up kept apartments and homes. nice customer service and will work with you to get you moved in as soon as possible. great on following up with you
