Bob is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gets the job done when he says he will at very competitive prices. He offers many different services and is a great one stop shop for any small engine equipment needs.
Professional and friendly. Very competitive pricing. Free estimates. Years of experience show in his work.
Greg Peabody, the owner of Preferred Services, is a crook. He doesn't pull required permits for his jobs (illegal) and he doesn't pay his workers (also illegal). DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMER.
I hired Preferred Services (Greg Peabody) to repair concrete stairs at my home in south Minneapolis. He is completely unreliable. He rarely responds to emails and phone calls and only occasionally to texts. He cashed my check for half the cost of the stairs and six months later has yet to begin the job. He has not responded to an inquiry requesting a refund. He is unprofessional and a thief. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR USE THIS COMPANY.
Used them for minor repairs around the house. They were prompt and courteous. Repairs $ felt reasonable.
Had them come out to do a couple of fixes on my house to get it ready for selling. They did a great job and completed the work in a little over an hour. Professional and reasonably priced.
Ray is a good person, confident, listens, seems to know many things about the various home improvements that I personally need and I have already referred him out. I'm here to find his number I lost and saw he's not been rated so I decided to be the first. Also, handy men are typically busy and Ray is no different however unlike the others I've dealt with, he sticks to the job until it's done and there's no weeks inbetween his working, where you also know he's finishing or starting other jobs and using your upfront money (which I don't believe he asked for until it was done or just for supplies) to buy materials for his next project all the while being behind the 8 ball.
