I went in there once for a haircut. Lora was the one who did it. For being a store manager, she clearly had no idea what she was doing. She is also the most arrogant manager and hair stylist I have ever met in my life!At first, I was happy that there was no wait. But then I sat down in Lora's chair. Things were downhill from there. Her station looked like a mess. There was a lot of leftover hair on the counter.The whole time she was cutting my hair, she was rude to both her co-workers and me. She was saying a lot of horrible things to me. She also screamed at one of the co-workers while she was cutting my hair. This is not how to treat customers or co-workers. The worst of it was in the middle of the haircut. Lora farted. It smelled horrible! Unfortunately, she was not done with my haircut yet so I had to endure the smell for a while.When she got done, the top of my hair got cut too short. At this point, I did not care. I just wanted to rush out of there.This is probably the worst experience I have ever faced in a salon! I will never come back here again! I also do not recommend this place to anybody.

I went to this location yesterday and received the worst haircut I have ever had. The stylist I had didn't listen to what I asked for very well. I asked for a trim of dead ends and basic layering nothing dramatic. Well she somehow took that as, cut 4 inches off. The quality of the haircut is horrible it's jagged and jenky. In the middle of my cut I asked to get low sweeping bangs. Well that somehow interpreted into 80's like bangs. Just overall unhappy. She didn't even say a word to me the whole time. I would be okay with that if my hair actually came out decent but she overall gave off an impression of I don't give a damn. I had to go to another salon to get my hair semi fixed. This is coming from someone who can normally say it's just hair it'll grow back. Stay away!

Last year, I got my haircut by Brandi. She did a terrific job. This review is not about Brandi. This is about the manager Katie. This incident happened earlier this year. Katie checked me in. When she did, she was snotty, and she reeked like cigarettes. I felt highly uncomfortable being around her, considering her bad attitude and the smell. As I was waiting in the lobby, I saw her yelling at one of the other employees about some issues with work stations. The employee was obviously embarrassed, understandably so. Katie did this in front of the lobby. The experience was so bad that I walked out of there.
Got my haircut (1/21/13) and afterwards as the the stylist started blowdrying my hair she said it was going to cost me $15 more if she was to use a brush while blowdrying my hair- I left with a wet head (in below zero weather since I had to walk home) because I couldn't afford an additional hidden cost of blowdrying after already paying for hair coloring and hair cut which stated includes blowdry. >..Also said I only wanted 2 inches cut off and she cut off 4-5 inches, plus the hair color was poorly done, still showing gray uncolored areas she missed around the hairline.
Because I was a satisfied customer of the Fantastic Sams in Blaine, when I moved to Plymouth I decided to continue going to Fantastic Sams - but the experience here was so different that I'll NEVER go back!In a nutshell: they sold me an empty product - twice!! and though the first time might have been a mistake, the second time I'm pretty sure the manager was aware of it. Besides, she was supposed to give me a call when they would order a new product but she never did.
