Wally Johnson is the most professional sales person I've ever met. He is truly concerned about your needs, wants and desires, and is able to deliver on all of them. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Friendly Chev, and it's all because of Wally.
Great service- no problem getting my car in for an oil change and tire rotation through my company's fleet program. Staff is friendly and straight-forward. They do forget to call sometimes when the car is ready to be picked-up, but that's my only complaint.
The facilities and service is okay. It's the fact that you must prepay at the pumps that become very tedious and annoying when you have a child in the car and only cash in hand. Can't recommend them. Good fast breakfast though.
There is a blond young lady with an eyebrow piercing who works here. She is extremely rude every time I come in. Just yesterday when I went in, her eyes were completely bloodshot and she reeked of Marijuana. I will be contacting management about her today. She had to ask me three times which pump I was on. She gave the gentleman ahead of me about five punches on his card and he only got $4.00 in gas? After yesterday, Shell has lost my business for good!
AVOID! INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE WORKS HERE!He either is lazy at doing a proper check on what you ask him to or simply lacks the knowledge to work with foreign cars. I brought my Audi in for a clutch repair and also asked for breaks to be checked . I was told the breaks were still fine but not great. 3 months later or 1200 - 1500 miles approximately I took it into sears auto for a complete break diagnostic... over 1k estimate! I would have junked my car and not even fixed the clutch If the guy didn't lie about my breaks!!! worse yet it probably would of been a $200 or $300 repair if done at same time as the clutch rather than let it continue wearing down expensive parts!
DO NOT USE THIS AUTO SHOP IF YOU HAVE IGNITION INTERLOCK!!!!!I was obligated to check in with this place on a monthly basis, due to a DWI conviction. I take full responsibility for my actions, and I have paid all of my judicial and informed consent requirements throughout this process. However, I can not begin to express how much I dreaded going to these mechanics month-to-month for recalibration and payment of ignition interlock fees. They do not allow appointments, yet EVERY time I would go there, they would act irritated, and say things like "Gee this is gonna be at least a two hour wait, ya sure you want to wait?". The hope of the associate revolves around me leaving, and there intention was to steer me out of there. Guess what? I cannot DRIVE unless the calibration and ignition interlock monthly payment happens! So whether I have to wait 20 minutes (which is really what it took once I put my foot down by stating that I had no choice but to wait) or 2 hours, it is a moot point, because without the payment/calibration I CAN'T DRIVE! They also, I might add, throw in a 20 dollar fee if you were to decide to get a recalibration on the weekends. I have already paid dearly for my mistakes! I have the opportunity to operate a vehicle, and I am thankful for that, but I really do not appreciate the condescending tone of the associates at this auto shop. Very unfriendly! Sometimes they don't even look up from their computer to acknowledge your presence. I was waiting to be helped one day, and one of the associates literally said "What do you need?" Excuse me? I'm a paying customer! It is just a horribly unprofessional thing to say, particularly when you are not even willing to look up from your computer while you say it!! There were several mishaps related to incorrect charges on my ignition interlock account, and I had to protest on several occasions. My protests were not taken seriously, and they often argued with me, until they realized that I was right. If you are participating in smart start ignition interlock program DO NOT GO HERE! There are several other locations who are much more respectful and professional than these clowns. If it wasn't for the proximity of this location to my job, I would have never, ever used this place for my calibration/payment center. I can not repeat this enough, DO NOT GO HERE FOR IGNITION INTERLOCK! It is not worth it, and it really makes the DWI consequences even worse. *On a side note, although I do not bring my own vehicle here for repairs, I often overheard the way they spoke down to customers (particularly women, the elderly and English as second language speakers), using scare tactics and an almost aggressive tone when customers displayed any type of hesitance to utilize their shop for repairs. As I waited, It took everything in me to NOT scream to these people, "Don't get the repairs, go somewhere else!" If I could rate this place with less than one star, I surely would.

As a business owner you always hear what your doing wrong so of course I find it even more important to tell the story of when things go right! My experience at Feist was Awesome! The staff was great, the service was great and I will definitely go back again and again. If you looking for a service station with personality and integrity, Feist Auto is the place to visit. The location being so convenient off of hwy 100 helps also!
Go somewhere else. They say they open at 0600 but not really, maybe sometimes, if we get there in time, but maybe not. Also, the pump handles have to be held the whole time, there's no paper in the receipt dispenser (this isn't a one time occurrence) and when you push the help button, no one responds. The only positive to this station is they are close to home. It may be worth traveling a little farther for better service.
EVERYONE YOU NEED TO WATCH YOUR STUFF... THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE ARE THIEVES AND THEY STOLE MY PHONE.... AND THEY AINT TRYING TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME... NOBODY ELSE WAS THERE WITH ME SO IT I KNOW IT WAS ONE OF THEM!!!!!
