amazing fun place to work... get paid weekly and there is always work
This place is unprofessional and rude the staff are incompetant especially the manager and general manager who are either fresh out of high school or rehab the setting is awful and very depressing for the people that work there. I would not recommend this want to be business.
Excellent Place Too Find Quick Work,
Did some work for them back in 1991-92, they were pretty good at finding assignments. Despite having called them over the years they never have any jobs, used their office training facility to learn Excel, etc. over the years and they say I was a good employee. Still, no work at all. Very weird that they stay in business. I would look elsewhere for employment.
I have done some work on and off with them and their other divisions, Accountemps, and Office team over the years. They do seem to be more polished than the other temps, but they have a weird deal on reference checks. I have references accumulated over the years, but unless you can use a supervisor from a week or so ago they are not interested. Many people go for months without a regular job, much less having the ability to use a boss for references from one of their temp assignments.I wrote 3 complaint letters over the years to their corporate CEO, they stand by the desire to have a reference that is not over a few weeks old. Never again will I approach them for business.
Randstad was good back in the 1990's for pay and good assignments, after being registered with 2 of their offices after a year and not getting work, I wrote a complaint letter to corporate. I did get one job that lasted only 3 days, either the employees walked off the job or got fired by the client. That is the best I could get after a whole year of calling on a regular basisI hope they get their act back to the way they used to be, a waste of time to apply now.
I have had a few contacts with them, they mostly place people in mindless physical tasks, was not impressed in the interview. If you want office work go elsewhere.
