The moving team came and took all the stuff from my house and loaded onto their truck. The movers unloaded all my stuff at my new apartment and put each item exactly where I wanted. My buildings management couldn’t find fault with them at all. The crew was efficient and polite. Some boxes required additional cushioning and they did it. Bubble wraps were used in excessive quantities for fragile items. They brought these supplies with them on moving day. Charges were highly affordable, which is another highlight of this company.
Dealing with them was a true pleasure. Mine was a local move. The movers were so efficient at their job. They really made me feel like they cared about my things. I thought they would come to my house and rush to load the truck and move on, but instead they really took their time and made sure not to break or damage anything. My questions were answered or an answer was found by the end of the day. For example, customer service was not sure of the exact date so they called the driver, and he called me and let me know his schedule and his approximate arrival. Worst experience ever. Period. I made a reservation with their CEO, Derrick Forest, several days before the moving, and confirmed with him the day before. On the date of moving, no one showed up. If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
