Thought I may have made the right choice with this appliance store. But after receiving help from owner loading into vehicle I was told the rope I brought would not help anything, since the washer was on rubber mat he said it would be fine if i drove careful. Made it to my home in Blaine fine, Then a few hours later I needed to meet my brother 4 miles away in coon rapids with the washer and it had tipped onto tailgate and was badly dented. Pulled over and carefully placed upright, called owner to let him know it did not make it safely to my destination like he thought, I simply said I wanted to make sure you don't let others leave without tieing their items down securely, he started yelling at me, louder and louder. I said I did not need to be screamed at and hung up. My brother then called him and he kept talking over my brother and saying he has an attorney etc etc, My brother said I did not appreciate you screaming at my sister we simply wanted to share this scenario with you, thats all he got out and the words them came spewing out of owners mouth that he is not liable for anything, My brother said we are not asking for anything but now want to let others know you have an issue with your anger and to be careful in dealings with him. Hard to trust a person that can look you in the eye with trust to get the deal and then to have such violent behavior once your home with your purchase. Highly recommend Bill to go to some Anger management classes.My brother said any appliance owner would know that you should not leave a big item like this left unsecured the wind can catch it since it is top heavy is what happened. Guess I am just a stupid woman thinking we should use the rope since this man knows more then me, guess not or I would have a indented wash machine. Use better judgement and shop elsewhere. Also goes by the name of 7 Day Appliance.
Dustin H, your plumbing-service technologist, came to my home to perform discovered repairs on my hot-water heater (anode rod/relief valve/gas leak). The consistency I’ve noticed with your technical personnel is they are courteous, professional, and have first-rate field-specific subject matter expertise with the ability to communicate. Dustin made sure that I understood his repair process. After the repairs were done, upon request he took the time to educate me on water quality and the technical reasons for performing maintenance on hot-water heaters. That level of customer interaction surely authenticates your company’s continuous high ratings.
I had a great 1st experience with Uptown Heating and Cooling. Chris F. was our Service Technician and he was excellent. He was courteous and got our problem figured out in a timely manner. I also felt the pricing was extremely fair. It was a below 0 day as well so I was thrilled they could get somebody out the same day to help us with our furncace issue.
Robert, my boiler technician, did an excellent job tuning up my boiler. He knew what he was doing and told me more than I wanted to know about my boiler. I felt he could take my boiler apart completely, and put it all back together perfectly. The boiler is running great thanks to him. I will definitely request him for next year's tune-up.
We have had Uptown Plumbing come out to our house multiple times for various jobs as we remodel our home. They always provide excellent service over the phone and in person. Master plumber Phil is amazing. His work is always incredible and he explains everything so well. Their pricing is fair and upfront and the workmanship is top of the line. No one knows appliances like Larry. He can readily diagnose the problem, fix it and provide tips on how to take better care of the appliance to extend its life. I have used Larry for over 10 years and he is simply the best. He is prompt, fair, reasonably priced and cares about his customers best interests. Avoid the aggravation you will have with all the other appliance repair places and call Larry.
I have been using Appliance Express for over 10 years. Larry is the best. If you need a refrigerator repair in Minneapolis I suggest go with the man with almost 40 years experience. I first called sears and on the day of the scheduled appointment, sears did not show or call to say why. I waited 7 days for sears, never again. I called Larry from Appliance Express and he was to my home in 3 hours the same day I called for help. In less than 1 minute he told me what was wrong and headed to the van for the part. Less then 30 minutes my whirlpool refrigerator was humming again. That is the kind of service he gives each and every time he comes to my home. The bad reviews I read about him and his company I do not believe. This is the reason behind my long review. He is a professional, a no nonsense kind of serviceman. The world is full of angry people it seems like now, looks like Larry ran into a couple. No one is perfect and larry is as close as it gets on appliance repair.
