The teams is very efficient. I experienced several unusual circumstances while seeking approval/coverage for prescriptions and although the staff did not know how to resolve the issue they searched their system for information requested by the third party insurer. With the teams assistance the problems were resolved allowing me to pick up the prescription after an hour.

The doctors at Blaine Medical Center are constantly friendly, knowledgeable, and timely when you go in for an appointment.
Incompetent and worst customer service I have ever experienced! Gave me the run around after two attempts to pick up my prescription. Finally ended up going to another pharmacy to pick it up.
I went too Dr last night. The problem was. I walked in with the person that had the appointment ahead of me. I was the last of night. They got me into room then forgot about me. My app was for 7:15. I waited until after 8 (they close at 8) come out lights off no-one around doors locked and the other persons car gone. Seriously
Walgreens is a big store that always looks empty. I couldn't find two things I needed so I went to the other one nearby.
Every time I have used this pharmacy there has been a problem. I have received the wrong drug, have been lied to and treated quite rudely by pharmacy staff. I have stood at the pharmacy counter without being acknowledged for more than 20 minutes, while counting at least 5 staff members. I have overheard the pharmacy staff speak poorly about customers and their health status as well as their diagnosis, and physicians that they don't like in earshot of waiting customers. I have also been put on hold for more that 45 mins at a time. We will no longer use this pharmacy, which is such a shame and is inconvenient. I hope that the necessary changes to this store are made soon.
Drop prescription off on a Monday and say I'll be back wed.a.m. to.pick up,I get back there wed. To pick up the prescription still isn't filled,they say come back in 15min. so I do so,come back in 15 and it still isn't filled then I'm told to come back in 2 and half hours.don't appreciate this at all.
This is the worst CVS EVER in the history of CVS being built! I have never been so dissapointed in my life! The girl HOLLY which is the shift manager is so rude when she was returning my items. I was returning a few items because I didnt want them anymore and on the receipt showed that I used some coupons on other purchases and she said " You people always come in here to return things and get free money out of us" i said "no it's not free money because i paid for it and i just want what i paid for" The CVS policy on the website said that if your not 100% happy with your purchase than they will return the items with NO QUESTIONS ASKED well unfortunately this HOLLY girl has the guts to make a snarky remark that will be reported.
Don't ever go to this store. The pharmacist named Mitch was so rude to my wife, that she left in tears. When my daughter called to complain about Mitch to the manager, he basically blew my daughter off. So customer service must not matter to these 2 individuals. DO NOT GO HERE! That is unless you like abusive clerks...
I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I really feel I need to give everyone a fair warning. The pharmacy staff are absolutely terrible. They act as though any form of communication with the customers is a huge inconvenience to their day. Example, I asked for a brand name OTC pain reliever. The pharmacy staff reluctantly pointed to aisle containing pain killers and I began my search. After five minutes of searching I went back to the pharmacy and asked a different pharmacy employee and they informed me that they do not carry it. I would have chalked this up to a simple mistake however the poor attitude of the first employee made me feel as though those people simply just don't care. This is just one of the many bad experiences I have had while dealing with their pharmacy. Personally I prefer the competitor just down the street.
