We have been patrons of the Minerva, OH Gionino's since they opened. We have always had excellent courteous service, and great food. Tonight however, Thursday March 19th 2015 one fella answered the phone just fine(no name announced) The next thing we know someone named Gary got on the phone. He was impatient, and cut my daughter off in mid sentence. She told him her name Veitch (sounds like beach with a V) . She proceeded to spell it since no matter where she goes, even there, they want to know how to spell it, being the odd name that it is. He cut her off that she did not need to spell it just go ahead with the order .... very cranky and in a hurry. She lives at my house (Miller) and I have done an awful lot of business there all these years. I went to pick up the pizza. The young man with glasses was very friendly and polite as he always is when I came in. I told him about the call and that I did not know what this guys problem was, and that his name was Gary. He seemed to be pretty cool about the whole thing and still was very nice and professional. So I thought I would pass on this little glitch on here. It is not appreciated that this Gary was over whelmed, tired or whatever ... My daughter and I both work with a lot of people and it can be taxing at times. But we are always courteous and kind. I hope this is the only time we have to encounter such attitude.
