Ranny's Chimney Sweep

They arrived on time, were polite and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was done just right. Will absolutely use Ranny's again!

I have been using Ranny or little jobs and big ones for nearly ten years. The Chimney sweep after a vigorous fire season is a great safety service- I had a friend lose their house to a fire and it was a nightmare Ranny he's me avoid. I normally get the gutters swept on the barn and the house when they clean the chimney. I have also done two deck reconstruction projects with them and am very happy. A good company with good trustworthy people!

I highly recommend them!! They are great to work with and do everything they say they are going to do. They also had the best price around.

Got a late start to winterizing the house, including the fireplace. Expecting a snow storm and wasn’t sure if we could get anyone here in time. Out of all of the businesses I called, Ranny’s was the only one to return the call. Eugene was very understanding and concerned about our situation and said that he would be here the next day by 8a. Not only did Eugene and Jimmy show up the next morning, they were here an hour early, as they knew the storm was approaching. From the moment they arrived at our house, it was go time. They came into our home and placed drop cloths over every square inch of our flooring, from the front door to the fireplace. They cleaned and inspected our woodstove, then removed stove and heat shield from the fireplace and clean entirely from top to bottom, actually climbing up inside the fireplace to vacuum every bit of dust and debris that had come down from the brushing. Afterwords, they got on the roof inspected the chimney cap and made sure that was secure. After clean up, they gave me a tutorial on how to properly use the stove, the proper size logs to use, etc...it wasn’t just a service call, as it felt like two old friends coming to visit and lending a hand.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am just a simple man with my own opinion, however, if you are in the need for a chimney sweep and or repair, I highly suggest and recommend Rannys chimney sweep. It is my opinion that it doesn’t get any better than Ranny’s!!
