For over fifty years, we have dedicated ourselves to serving hotels, restaurants, clubs, and institutions. Our goal has always been to provide our customers with a superior product and to share our years of experience in the industry. We are direct receivers of beef, veal, lamb, pork and poultry and within our USDA approved facilities we have the capability of processing these items to specifications.
