I went here in September of 2020 to search for a wedding dress. This was during the covid-19 pandemic and I was allowed to bring two guests with me. They made it extremely special and I had the best time picking out my wedding dress here! The staff was amazing with helping me find the style that I wanted and I said yes to the last dress I tried on!

I had an amazing experience with Jessica and Olivia. I ended up visiting both locations in mineral and brooklyn. I found my dress in brooklyn but i needed it to go to the mineral store since i live in massapequa. they sent it over with no issue. It was there when they said it would be and it was perfect. I cried wedding tears and i knew this was my dress. I can't thank them enough.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress from Lotus Bridal. I am a size 6/8 normally and was told to order a size 16! Although this seemed crazy I was told that "a seam is a seam and this would be the best option with my measurements." They advised me that a 16 would be the size that would fit my hips. Them being the experts... I trusted them... 6 months later my dress is in... and it is ENORMOUS!!!! Not ONE part of the dress fits me, it’s falling off my body. When I tried on the dress for the first time, the lady seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me. She gave me a dirty look and said, well call for alterations asap. Needless to say I took the dress home and was VERY upset. I ended up calling the next day after calming a bit and spoke with the manager. She asked me to come back in so she could personally see the dress, as the sales lady the night before didn't bother to ask her to come to the appointment. The manager asked me immediately “did u lose weight?!” Do you really think that I lost THAT much weight?!!!!! I would've had to have lost a good 30 lbs. for that dress to fit. She then tells me it’s no issue and a tailor will be able to fix the dress no problem but wanted to charge me 150$ for alterations.... that's close to what I paid for the dress when it is their fault the dress is two sizes too big. I understand your minimum for alterations is 100$, and they couldn't even help me out and give me that price, now I need to take the dress somewhere else to deal with their mistake. She assured me her people are professionals and measurements are second nature to them and that the measurements were correct (meanwhile I was measured at another bridal shop for the same designer in a size 12 two months later). Lotus did not help me at all, and the manager even told me "you would never fit into a size 12!" How do you think that made me feel? I feel like they order dresses too big to make money on alterations.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my appointment with Kelly. First of all, the ambiance in the store is so dreamy and upscale, and overall the aesthetic was so much nicer than other bridal salons I have been to. Kelly did such a great job listening to what I was interested in, and didn't pressure me at all. She ended up finding me the perfect dress! My family and I were in tears by the end of the appointment, as I said yes to my dream dress. I haven't been able to stop looking at pictures of the dress as I was trying it on, and I can't wait to go back for my alterations. Will also be looking for bridesmaids dresses at Lotus Bridal as well. Thank you, thank you!
