This bus company is on time when it feels like being in time than the dispatchers lie for the drivers they pull off right when you open the door
Today February 10, 2017 I was on my way to work. I drive west on Brown Deer Rd. At 7:16am I approach a green traffic light and saw the Lakeside bus driver approach the red light from the north. Without a turn signal on never hesitated to stop for the red light turned right into the oncoming traffic. Then the driver weaved in and out of traffic cutting people off at a very high speed. The driver then proceeded to go through a yellow light which ended up turning red as they got to the intersection and turned left, then sped south down that road. The bus number was 8108! I hope your children don't ever get in that dangerous bus, with that dangerous driver.This this wants a rating to post it's truly zero stars from me. But I'm pushing one so this will post
Regarding South- 414-744-7019. Phone line is always busy. Must not have enough help or want to pay for more. The Woman who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. I would suggest some classes in customer service. This company never wants to take responsibility for the bus not showing up, coming extremely late, but doesn't hesitate to tell you the one time they are extremely early they don't wait until postcard time to leave. They have an excuse for everything. My child has had 4 different bus drivers in a week. Last year 5 different drivers thru out the year. I don't think the drivers are the problem here. Anytime there's been a good driver they suddenly disappear. I wouldn't give this company any stars and I am having a hard time trusting them with my child on their bus. This is my 3rd year having my child ride their bus and every year has gotten worse. This company needs to hire some better people that know how to run a business!
Marquesha lewis needs to stop drinking and driving. Super temperamental and she doesn't deserve to be working their. Kids loves are at sake she has prior records of drinking problems. She smokes weed and dbi always stated to come to base for drug test obvious. She has enough time to go home and get someone else's urine. Fire her I can prove it.
We just returned from a trip to Maskwaki Casino in Iowa. What a nightmare! From the time we arrived and choose a seat, and, I save a seat across from me for my friend, who I don't see very often, and she gets on the next stop. The tour director, told me to sit with my husband, for this is a full bus. Well, it won't be full for 1 1/2 hours till we reach the last stop. Has soon has my friend arrived, and sat in the seat that I saved for her, the tour director told her to move, for this is a full bus. The tour director, continued to force people to move, and made them sit where she said. So, you now have annoyed people, with 2 stops yet to happen. It did not get any better for the 3rd stop, and by the 4th stop, we just wanted to take a cab back home. The tour director continued her annoying re arranging of people on the bus, by then the whole back of the bus was upset. She was rude, and yelling at people. I wish that we had gone home, but remained on the bus. It was total chaos. Soon after the last stop, the air conditioning went out, only for the back of the bus??? Now how does that happen? Well another 3 hours, finally arrived, and tour director would not let us off the bus, but insisted on slowly handing out room keys, starting from the front, and making the back wait, with no air. The trip we looked so forward to , turned out to be a nightmare. Also, the bus driver had issues too, ran a red light, did not know the way there, did not get all the walkers out for the handicapped people, on the way home, left one of the doors open for the luggage, and drove off. It was not a good trip, and I will never travel with that tour director ever again. It will be a long time before I go on another High Rollers trip again.

I was very impressed by the bus service at LAMERS, the buses were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Our workers felt like ROYALTY riding LAMERS buses! The drivers were very friendly and curteous as well as safety conscience. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OF US!!!
