Jon has been totally uncooperative after one of his tow truck drivers damaged our car. His driver caused this damage when the hook from the tow truck ripped the bumper from our Mini Cooper June 29th, 2018. It is now July 18th, we have been unable to use the car, and he has not contacted us regarding the authorization of the repair. We are very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company.

Not impressed with the services the service center provides. They have had my vehicle for 1month. They have not kept me informed with maintenance issues not status with my vehicle without me calling to ask. They don’t call back nor answer phone very often. They don’t accommodate you for time period they have your vehicle but still required to pay car note. Very unsatisfied.
