Awesome, delicious food! Too dark - maybe because we were stuck in a corner. Service was slow. Server could not explain a particular item on the menu or explain about the smoke shack feature items and smoking process. When server came to take the plates away, we said our brisket seemed to have alot of fat on it and her response was ' oh darn, sorry'. She forgot to put in our desert order as we waited impatiently.
Have been going there for more than 20 years and have never failed to have a great meal. Truly great pasta in a unique atmosphere.
TODAY IS MY FIFTH AND LAST TIME EATING FROM THIS PLACE. I THINK THEY ARE THE WORST OF THEM ALL. I HAD 1 OUT OF 5 MEALS THAT WAS ONLY ALRIGHT. THE FACT THAT THEY MIRCOWAVE TO GO ORDERS IS DISRESPECTFUL. ALSO WHERES THE SEASONING? OH YEAH ITS ALL ON THE OVER RATED AND OVER SEASONED CHICKEN. NOT A DROP OF SEASONING ON THE MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER THOUGH.WHY IN THE HELL WAS THE CHEESE ON MY GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD MELTED FROM THE HOT ASS (WHOLE) CHICKEN BREST FILET BUT THE CHEESE ON MY $5.00 GRILLED CHEESE KIDS MEAL WASN'T? OMG THE WAFFLE FRIES TO EVERY MEAL TASTE A DAY OR THREE OLD :-( .... NOW THE THING THAT ORDERED THAT WAS ALMOST RIGHT WAS THE GYM SHOE SANDWICH, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I'VE HAD BETTER BUT OVER ALL IT WAS ALRIGHT. I SEE A LOT OF BUSINESS GOING IN AND OUT OF THERE SO I TAKE IT THAT OTHERS LOVE IT IM SORRY THAT I CANT EVEN LIKE IT.
Service here is Absolutley Terrible. I kept going back with the hopes of things would get better but I can see it won't! The food is never ready even if you call it in ahead. The store only takes cash but they never have enough change. I take it the staff are family because they spend a lot of time arguing with eachother. They sometimes lock the customers outside for different reasons such as NO Air, No Change, Shift Change, or they need a break. To be honest the food isn't bad if you can get past all the BAD SERVICE AND LONG WAIT TIMES!!
This is the most unorganized establishment I've ever been to. Took over 30 minutes to get 7 fillets! Sign that they were taking "cash only" was on the register...partially hidden behind a bunch receipts so when then had to go get cash. Never again! Awful experience.
TOO SLOW FOR A TAKEOUT JOINT!!!I was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes but it actually took 35+ minutes, no word on how much longer it would take when I walked back in to check on my food after the 25 minute wait, and I was given no apology for the wait or a thank you for my patience. I was the 2nd customer to walk in when they opened at around 11:30am but my order (somehow) still got caught up in the 12pm lunch rush...after 12pm!!!I really haven't eaten at Redd's Snappers since the late 1990's early 2000's because of how slow they were even if you call your order in (Burleigh location was notorious for this). I was reminded today why I stopped dealing with Redd's Snapper alltogether (both the Lisbon and Burleigh location). They are STILL very slow and terribly understaffed for one of the busiest times of the day...lunchtime!Furthermore they don't use the same seasoning from years ago on their perch fish. I might as well take my chances with J&J's Fish and Chicken. They're usually located in rough neighborhoods but at least you'll get out of there fast!
Went to pick up my food around 3:15 p.m. When I went in, the buy with no teeth told me he had thrown out the fish because I had ordered it two hours ago. He was yelling at me and I yelled back. I told him I did not order any fish at 1:15. He continued to argue with me and the older lady that was helping told me that she would place my ordre again. I ordered the fish at 2:15, because I left the house after ordering, went to the bank made a quick stop to pick up some cole slaw. I figured that I would give them some time because when you call in an order, the fish is never ready when you get there. Anyway, the missing teeth man was very rude. The older lady that worked there was very kind and quiet. I ordered, a perch bucket, a catfish bucket and some spaghetti. That place will go out of business if he is throwing away expensive fish like that! AND, I have ordered before from them and like I said before, when you go in, the fish is never ready. Sometimes you have to wait 45 mins to 1 hr for the order that you placed on the phone!!!! Where is the customer service? I thought the customer was always right!!!!

Terrible service you would think it was somebody house and not a restuant should been closed along time ago.
Food is M'm M'm GREAT especially the fish always has great texture and superb taste worth the wait perfection takes time.:) lol HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.....
very good food for a family dining out would recommend
