“institutional indifference - no customer service & don't care”Best Buy Fox Point, Wisconsin: http://stores.bestbuy.com/wi/fox-point/8755-n--port-washington-rd--654.html?ref=NS&loc=ns100I purchased a Garmin GPS today, December 20th at Best Buy but was not offered an extended warranty - today, December 20th - I called the store to ask about an extended warranty and only got useless menu options, frustrating, putting me off from ever returning to a Best Buy - why should I?It was insulting when trying to telephone the store, getting only an unresponsive menu selection and a complete inability to speak to a human being. I called the 888' number to complain and try to find a human. The person was in the Philippines; useless and uninformed. She told me to call the store if I had a problem - my problem was in calling the store, the menu options were useless. I asked to be transferred to the USA. She refused and said there is no option to transfer my call. I asked to be transferred to Minnesota; she refused saying there are no options to transfer to Minnesota and to call the store. It was a useless call, a waste of my time and failed of its essential purpose:I. To talk with a human being about my dissatisfaction with a useless menu system;II. To complain about how customers are treated including routing my complaint to the Philippines to someone uninformed and unintelligible;III. To find out if I have an extended warranty option of what I just bought.I wasted over an hour on this and your customer disservice and [Best Buys] astonishingly self-defeating system called customer service. I will shop elsewhere and only at Best Buy as a last resort. What a monumentally stupid system Best Buy has adopted. It is a target-rich consumer environment out here, lots of online sellers and competitors who value customers.
These people were so extremely disrespectful. Had to go into the store four times in a week because they couldn't get it together. the manager was the only nice one out of my several times entering. The lady who looked at my laptop was so extremely rude. she was lecturing me on the condition of my laptop rather than helping i not any way shape or form. I will never go back to this location again.
This store seems to be going downhill fast. The last couple of times I was there, there were more staff than customers in the store, but it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to help me.
They're very rude. My husband went in to ask a question and they made it clear that they're the techs so they're better than everyone else. If it wasn't for me needing my phone and them being the only one in the area I would never step foot in this store again!!!!
OUT OF BUSINESS!!! The closest Radio Shack is in Southridge Mall.
First time I've been to this Apple store. Very impressed! When I entered it was packed with customers. I seen a lot of blue shirts, which were employees and was greeted within a few steps. Asked what brought me in and got me directed to the right person to check me in. As I was waiting for my appointment (which I was 20 minutes early) I was asked numerous times to make sure I was helped. Was defiantly impressed that I saw at least two managers on the floor assisting customers. Extremely pleased with my service and will definitely be going back to them for any further issues, problems or upgrades.
