Always very welcoming. Store looks great since the remodel. Accepts Pick & Save points towards gas discounts.
Check the expiration dates on everything here, especially soda!! Disgusting! I would never give them any business ever again. Do your jobs, rotate shelves and coolers and check your dates!
I have been there 4 times, my fault. I was ripped off each time and so has the few I have talked to.if I could rate lower than a 1 star I would.
Will never return. They have cheap gas but it's not worth it. The guy behind the counter was talking on his phone while I told him I wanted $10 on 6. He didn't listen and the pump went to $14. I had to go in and tell him. I handed him another $10 and he asked me what to do with it. I had to explain to him to give me the difference. He had an attitude and I told him next time he should pay attention to his clients not his phone. I would expect this from someone young maybe, but not a grown man well into his late 40s or 50s. What if I didn't have the extra $4? I would be in trouble not him, because he had to talk on his phone. Extremely rude and will never return.
This is the worst BP in the city. The night person is rude, disrespectful, and has no Customer Service skills. I think they should close this location. They are always being robbed and I think I know why.
I've been to this gas station on several occasions in the past but never got the rude service I got two days ago. I went into the store looking to buy a sandwich and something to drink. Now one of the first things you'll notice is the cashier--a longtime employee at the place as she was there about two years ago when I'd first used to frequent it--has a dour look on her face, as if you owe her something or she found out her cat just died. Anyway, I went in there to purchase a sandwich, a drink and a banana. The person before me also was there to buy sandwich too. She rang him up and then it was my turn. I told her I'm using foodstamps. That was when her expression turned to that of someone who is just about to murder you. She rang me up and told me it would be $14.25. I was about to walk out the store when something told me the price was just too high. I pointed it out to her, and then instead of apologizing, she sighs and rudely asks me if I'd like the difference back to my card or cash. I told her back to my card. You can bet I'm never going back to that store and unless you want your mood to be ruined by some incompetent and rude employee then avoid this place like the plague. Thanks to sites like these where patrons can report such unprofessional and rude behavior.
Very rude and the neighbirhood is sketchy. I went to the car was against my better judgement. Their machine bustes my tire. Of course as you know--they will never try to accept responsibility. But they were yelling and screaming' your fault! Your Fault'. This place is typical of many shady foreign owned gas stations. I had never been here before and only went because I did want to wait in line at at my typical car wash. My advice--lets stop patronizing these gas stations. They dont deserve our business.
Always lowest gas prices around. Fairly nice convenience store, too.
I don't know about the gas they sell but the car wash doesn't wash your car at all. I purchased a deluxe wash for $7.00 and not satisfied. They have gas price competitively good but I suggest you not to buy their car wash.
On 9/23/14 I pulled into this Citgo (dealer #15863075) with my two children (6 years old & 10 months) to put some gas into my car. I went paid for $10 worth using my visa debit and exited the building. Went out to my car it wouldn't start back up so I went back inside put another $3 in, this time cash (no receipt given) thinking okay maybe I was extra low on fuel. Still wouldn't start. Eventually I had someone show up to look at my car and they informed me I needed some oil so I went back inside to purchase some oil for $3.79. The person behind the glass refused to sale me the oil unless I spend at least $5.00 because I was paying with plastic. I tell him "come on man, I just spent $13 with you guys. I have my kids in the car I just need some oil to get my car started so we can get home." Not to mention this is not the greatest nor safest place to be in Milwaukee and it was getting dark out. So for my children safety I just wanted to get out of there quickly. He continues to say No unless I spend at least $5.00. I go on to inform him that I used to work for Guaranty Bank and to my knowledge by law merchants cannot dictate how much a customer must spend in order to use their debit card. Even another customer inside, which I don't know tried to tell the guy its unlaw to do such things. That's completely cruel and if I am correct against the law. I mean what ever happen to having a heart. He didn't know or even care how far my children & I were away from home. Not to mention I had just spent over his $5.00 minimum on my previous transaction. I even showed him my receipt in case he forgot my face that quickly. What if I only had enough for the oil? Should I overdraw my account and be charged $37 because the man at the gas station wants to get around the little fee he has to pay when a customer uses their debit card. That's greed. I was furious and I will never buy gas or anything else from that place. In addition I am going to broadcast all over facebook and make sure no one I knows does either.
