        Overall

        Enjoyed our visit with our relative at the VA.

        Very impressed by every staff member we came upon during our visit. So unlike our encounters at traditional nursing homes. Where very few staff members put the patient first. Just stand around complaining, and ignore call buttons.

        The VA nursing staff don't just give care, they truly care about their patients.

        Found your nurses all to be of, high-energy, kind, and totally engaged to the care of their patients. Which is how it should be. But today it is a rare find.

        Sincerely thankful to the Zablocki VA Medical Center.

        Not very good communication between facilities.

        VA Hospitals, must not be able to communicate with each other, have had many scheduling debacles.
