        Website was misleading, went into the store to find a set of tools. From the beginning, the lady who was greeting the door was not very welcoming, she looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I tried to explain to her what I was looking for her. Finally, after many disgusted looks and shaking her head, she suggested something, which turned out to be something over 3x what I was willing to pay. The man at the customer service desk was a little better, pulling up the website and explaining the situation. But still, none of these employees suggested anything else besides the set that I was definitely not going to buy after this experience. The attitudes that I was greeted with were not welcoming at all. A polite, respectful, response to the confusion was all that was needed to clear the confusion, nothing more. Not planning to revisit the store on my next trip to Mayfair. If you know what you are looking for and know where it is, as long as you don't have to discuss anything with the employees you should be fine. Overall, the store itself was welcoming, but definitely not the employees.
