Good wings. Innovative and tasty.... Burgers are greasy kink of gag me but its not that bad for bar food.
I like this place but it has its problems.
The staff really is disrespectful and bring their moody selves into work. I want to go to a place who focus is customers and not the mood of the bitchy bartender women. Keep your dirty laundry off the bar floor.
When I found out one of the employees spit in a to go container rubbed it all over the inside and served it to a customer because the customer upset her I stopped ordering food.
That may be due to the lack of leadership from the two owners. Lack of team building meetings and lack of standard operating procedures. It is a shame to see the lack of business acumen impact the staff in such a negative way.
Tammy and Andy the owners try their best and are really good people, however most of the bar staff is just rotten and have a horrible time mulch-tasking. I am really surprised to see that they are still in business with the amount of booze the staff gives away. Forget to write down orders and just basically just forget that they are doing a job. One only has to watch the bartenders race around, scream at the food bell, and shed attitude all over the bar to really sour one's stomach. It can be entertaining to actually watch how desperate poor the bar staff functions. Its comical but very sad.
I have actually waited over an hour for a beer just sitting at the bar with an empty can in front of me pushed to the rail with a five dollar bill sitting on top.
Don't get me wrong I love the owners, but they are young, inexperienced in the management of people i.e Tammy is way to strict and Andy is not strict at all. This is a toxic mix for making money consistently over time.
My suggestion is for Tammy, stay out of the day to day bar management and do the books. Hire a Bar manager to take over the front end day to day and whip the staff into shape and get new people. Facilitate training, customer service and some standard operating procedures. CLEAN behind the bar its a mess! Get a system to keep track of the drink orders without having 30 open bar tabs out behind the bar like a big mess. Andy cook in the back and let the bar manager control your disgruntled staff.
I previously gave this place four stars but it has recently tanked. I hope they can turn their business around because many will get sick of the poor service and believe me people are finicky. Do something soon before it is too late. PLEASE.
